average stay with minor inconveniences
long queues unapproachable staff
the coffee situation during breakfast was quite annoying. there were only two machines available (and one was often out of service). this resulted in long queues and delays. i also found that some of the senior staff were not particularly approachable, a little disappointing.

the breakfast selection was extensive. the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. i found the pool area quite relaxing and clean.
i experienced slow service at the bar on multiple occasions. the gym was small and had limited equipment. i noticed that the bathroom lacked privacy due to the door design.

The hotel has a lovely pool. IT was peaceful.
The bathroom lacked privacy. The toilet had NO proper door. A BIG gap existed at the bottom of the door. It also did not lock. The open-plan design reminded me of a way to mask how SMALL the room was.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
friendly staff room upgrade food options convenient location
I appreciated the friendly staff, especially at reception (they were always smiling!). I also loved the room upgrade, it provided more space. The food options suited my tastes, I especially liked the variety. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, I enjoyed my outings.
The coffee machine at breakfast had a queue sometimes.

Breakfast included many options, such as fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, I found plenty to enjoy. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with local and international cuisine. I especially enjoyed the seafood options. The service was attentive and efficient, the staff were always ready to assist guests.

The outdoor space provided a nice retreat within the city, I found it quite relaxing. The pool area had ample seating and shaded areas, allowing guests to relax comfortably. Live music was available on certain days, I enjoyed it.
